At Zorvia Commerce, we believe successful e-commerce is more than simply opening a store and listing products. Our team works alongside our clients to build, manage, optimize, and grow their online businesses.
From product research and sourcing support to listing optimization, marketing strategy, creator outreach, order management, customer support and daily store operations, we focus on the critical processes required to operate and grow an e-commerce business. Expand opportunities and operations.
The client receives 60% of the agreed profit and Zorvia Commerce receives 40%, according to the agreed terms.
Our primary model is based on profit sharing rather than large upfront management fees. Instead of charging a large upfront management fee, we work as a performance-oriented e-commerce partner.
Our earnings are directly connected to the profit generated by the business. This creates aligned incentives: when the store grows and generates more profit, both parties benefit.
Profit-sharing percentages, responsibilities, expenses, and applicable terms are agreed transparently before the partnership begins.
We understand your business goals, expectations, marketplace requirements and growth objectives.
We help establish and prepare your e-commerce store for the selected marketplace.
Our team researches product opportunities, demand, competition, pricing and potential market fit.
We manage listings, orders, customer support, optimization and daily store operations.
We develop marketing strategies, improve product visibility and explore creator outreach and other growth opportunities.
Once the business generates agreed profit, the profit is shared according to the agreed 60/40 partnership model.

eBay store setup is typically carried out through a UK LTD company, at an estimated formation cost of around £250. Exact requirements depend on your selected package, but you'll generally need a valid passport, a recent bank statement, and your personal, address, email and phone details. Additional verification documents may be required depending on the provider.
As a general guide: approximately £250 for UK LTD company formation, plus around £300 in working capital to cover operational needs like product costs, order fulfilment and platform fees — bringing the initial total to roughly £550. This working capital is your business fund, not a management fee, and actual costs vary by client.
Profit depends on product selection, selling price, product cost, shipping, platform fees, advertising and other business expenses. Through product research and pricing strategy, we generally target a product margin of around 20–30%, with some products reaching up to 40% in favourable cases. This is a target range, not a guaranteed return.
If a store generates £1,000 in net profit after all applicable business costs and expenses, the client would receive £600 (60%) and Zorvia Commerce would receive £400 (40%). All profit calculations follow the method set out in the signed agreement.
Walmart setup can also be carried out through a UK LTD company, provided the client and the business meet Walmart's current eligibility requirements. Setup isn't identical for every client — it depends on account approval, verification and marketplace requirements, which typically call for a passport, bank statement, business and company details, and other verification documents. Account approval is entirely at the platform's discretion.
Temu store setup is generally carried out through a US LLC. This typically requires a valid passport, a recent bank statement, and your personal, address, email and phone details, along with any other KYC or verification documents required. LLC formation cost and timeline depend on the state of formation and the services selected, and are confirmed with you in advance.
As a general rule: eBay and Walmart are set up through a UK LTD company (subject to eligibility for Walmart), while Temu is set up through a US LLC. These requirements can change if a platform updates its policies or eligibility criteria.
We can't guarantee a specific amount or monthly income — profit depends on product selection, margin, market demand, competition, selling price, platform fees, shipping cost, marketing, order volume, working capital and store performance. Our general target is a 20–30% product/business margin, with up to 40% possible on select products, though this is a target range rather than a guaranteed outcome.
For eBay, the estimated initial requirement is around £550 (£250 LTD setup plus £300 working capital), excluding product, shipping, advertising and platform fees. For Walmart and Temu, the budget depends on the required company/business setup, platform requirements and operational capital, and is confirmed with each client based on their specific requirements.
No. We don't promise guaranteed sales, guaranteed monthly income or guaranteed profit. We work to improve business performance through research, product selection, listing optimization, marketing and continuous store management, but actual results vary by client due to market and platform factors outside our control.
Our process runs from an initial consultation and understanding your goals and budget, through platform selection (eBay, Walmart or Temu), required company setup, document collection, business and store setup, product research and listing, store launch, daily management and performance monitoring, to continuous optimization, growth and, ultimately, profit calculation and profit sharing.
